Shivam Dube Shines Again As IND Take 2-0 Lead

Shivam Dube with a magnificent 63 not out off 32 balls and Yashasvi Jaiswal with an impressive 68 off 42 balls led India to a comfortable seven-wicket victory over Afghanistan in the second T20I at the Holkar Stadium in Indore on Tuesday.
With this win, India have taken an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series. Chasing a target of 146, India got off to a steady start with the openers putting on 38 runs for the first wicket. However, both openers fell in quick succession, leaving India at 48/2.
Dube and Jaiswal then took control of the innings, stitching together a match-winning partnership of 83 runs for the third wicket. Dube was particularly impressive, hitting four fours and five sixes in his knock, while Jaiswal played a more sedate innings, anchoring the chase with his 68 runs.
